What are your fees?

Pavlov Psychological Testing is a private-pay practice. Rates varies depending on services:

• Intake Appointment are $250

• Comprehensive Evaluation starts at $2,500, depending on the type of evaluation and the time involved. You will receive a detailed estimate at the end of your intake appointment. There will be no surprises. 

• Home-based evaluation is an additional $200-400 (60-120 miles from La Crosse, WI). 

• Speaking and Training Engagement (please contact us to discuss)

Are you available outside of traditional office hours?

We understand it can be difficult to make it to a clinic during working/schooling hours. Yes, Dr. Tin has openings for comprehensive evaluations on Saturday and Sundays. 

Do you accept insurance?

Pavlov Psychological Testing does not work directly with insurance. The type of evaluations provided are not often covered by insurance. 

Do you offer complimentary consultation?

Yes. Dr. Tin offers free 15-minute phone consultations to help you determine whether his services are the right fit for you or your child. You can ask questions, share what you're looking for, and get a feel for what it would be like to work together.

Where are you located?

Pavlov Psychological Testing is based in Wisconsin. But, Dr. Tin is licensed in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Psychological testing does require appointments to be done in-person. 

For your convenience, Dr. Tin does also provide home-based evaluations for an additional fee. 

$200 for destinations within 60 miles of La Crosse, WI. 

$400 for destinations within 120 miles of La Crosse, WI.
